All of our products are made to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items ordered in incorrect sizes

  • Items ordered by mistake
